They responded and said my service was not something they would pay for.

If you don't mind me asking and you have time (if not, no worries), what is the reason you wouldn't want to use/pay for it? Is it because you would build your own if you needed it, tracking metrics and other signals isn't a top priority, something with the site itself, or something else that may be a blind spot for me of why someone wouldn't want this? (just for the record I built this for myself but I'm really cheap and probably wouldn't pay someone else for it either🤣)
They responded and said they have alarms and tracking in place for critical parts of their business.
